Evaporative Air Cooler with 3D Cooling Pad
This versatile, lightweight, and economical evaporative air cooler, humidifier, and fan can be easily moved from room to room for use anywhere in your house or office. The air cooler shoots a stream of air with oscillating louvers, evenly distributing refreshing cool air. Featuring a 3-D honeycomb cooling pad and a remote control, this air cooler works by an endothermic reaction, sucking air through a wick saturated with water. As the air flows through the wick, some of the water evaporates into the air, consuming the heat that was present, resulting in a considerably cooler air stream being blown out of the front of the unit. This is not an air conditioner and, therefore, uses much less energy.
The 3-Dimensional honeycomb cooling pad is a unique design for enhanced cooling performance. Made of cellulose paper, it is impregnated with special ingredients for high performance and structural strength. Treated with stiffening and wetting agents for maximum water absorption and retention, and with an anti-rot chemical to prevent algae and bacteria growth, the pad's two-dimensional, weaving structure allows for longer contact between air and water, unlike other units on the market where air only passes through a flat, 2-dimensional cloth.
It is important to note that this unit is not an air conditioner and does not have a compressor inside. Air coolers are designed for spot cooling and work best in dry climates or open spaces. To maximize the cooling effect, it is recommended to leave a window or door open to limit the rise of humidity and ensure better air ventilation in the room. Additionally, adding as much ice as possible and placing the unit next to you can enhance the cooling performance.
